Buyangu serves adults and youth of all genders living with HIV and tuberculosis in Vihiga County and surrounding areas. Our members need peer support, health linkage, and economic inclusion.
In many Kenyan communities, HIV/TB carries deep stigma that prevents people from seeking treatment. Buyangu exists to break that stigma — not through words alone, but through action and solidarity.
